The Videos Aren't Playing Smoothly

The videos are streamed completely online for quick and easy reference (meaning no downloads to your computer are necessary), but they sometimes may take a while to load on some slower internet connections - resulting in the video stopping and starting every few seconds while playing.

To fix this, simply click the play button on the video, then when the total running time appears at the bottom of the video, click the pause button.

Then just wait for the video to load for a few minutes (the grey bar at the bottom will load from left to right), and when it has loaded a quarter of the way across, click the video again to play.

This will fix your problem instantly, and your video will now play smoothly.
